Promises - lost in time
Tender words and actions
Refuted by silence.

The closeness shared - merely
...............an unfulfilled
...............memory
To be stored away.
Lost hopes. .............The mind
Remains unassuaged by reason

Despite intense emotions
Gradually
............Time deadens
......................but the
Residue of an unexisted reality
.............Stains.
