The Question

from amoeba
to come full circle in the cybersphere
you and I have seen the millenia go by
ancient souls who know
and feel too much

it has been a lonely journey
one we've had to make
to be truly worthy for one another

are you to be my love - at long last found?

you have lifted my spirit
into a brighter space

there is an exquisite song in my heart
a smile on my lips
as your fingers strum my body

your images have patched my soul
where once there were only voids

whatever comes, we have touched
and all will be new again
