"The Early Years"

Eclipse (Listen to the poem in RealAudio G2)

my silver moonsong
sifts through
golden slivers
of early morning sun
shadows lose themselves
in its ecstasy

I pick up the silver threads
weave them through the day

I am the Moonmaiden
stars twinkle in pin pricks of light
diamonds to adorn
your reflected glory

helplessly
I wait for the final eclipse
